AsianAqua2018 the first major aquaculture conference organized by AIT dedicated to the sustained progress of aquaculture in the Asian region, with a better understanding of the systems practiced, highlighting regional needs and constraints, and imbibing the global progress on sustainable intensification of production systems.

Two pre-conference training programs will be held at the AITCC Hotel as part of AsianAqua2018 Conference:

• 

  26 - 30 November 2018: International Training Program on Management of Parasitic Diseases in Aquaculture
  (Resource persons: Dr. Kua Beng Chu, Malaysia; Dr. Supranee Chinabut, Thailand)

• 

  1 - 2 December 2018: International Training Program on Integrated Multi-trophic Aquaculture (IMTA)
  (Resource person: Prof. Thierry B. Chopin, University of New Brunswick, Canada)

AsianAqua2018 is a new way of celebrating Asian Aquaculture that needs to sustain for ensuring global food security, quality, and safety.

The Conference will bring together world’s leading expertise in innovative aquaculture, and present the emerging technological advancements for better husbandry and feeding practices to stem the disease tides in aquaculture, and to set the goal for a sustainable enhancement of output from aquaculture, relevant to the Asia Pacific region. The event is designed to greatly benefit participants to generate a wealth of information on innovative management practices and apply them to improve the production and profits from aquaculture enterprises.
