We are pleased to announce the call for papers for the AsianAqua-2018 Conference, which will be held at Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand 3 – 6 December 2018.
AsianAqua-2018 encourages the submission of high quality oral and poster presentations
Poster presentations will be an integral part of the program. Abstracts submitted for "oral presentation only" may not be accepted as oral presentations due to the limited number of available time slots. All abstracts must be in English - the official language of the conference.
Each oral presenter in the Contributed Session shall be entitled to a total of 15 minutes for presentation. To ensure compatibility with the conference timetable and in fairness to other presenters, AsianAqua-2018 session chairs will be instructed to insist on exact timing of your presentation.
Oral presentations must only use Power Point.
Overhead projectors, slides and video players will not be available or allowed.
Those submitting abstracts for Contributed Sessions will be required to submit the following information:
Title (maximum 25 words, Bold Capital Letters, 16-point Times New Roman, with scientific names italicized)
A list of co-authors (12-point Times New Roman font) and affiliation (10-point Times New Roman font)
Name of presenting author should be in bold letters
Email address of corresponding/presenting author
An abstract of 300 words or fewer formatted using the attached sample template
Text as 12-point Times New Roman, 1.15 spacing
Paragraphs should be separated by a blank line and should not be indented
Preferred form of presentation, oral or poster
Abstracts must be in English - the official language of the forum. Use only one page, Standard A4 paper (portrait). Margin should be set at 1 inch throughout (Top/bottom/left/right).
Name files for upload using your last name and the first three words of the abstract title. Only use English alphanumeric characters (a-z, 0-9), eg “Smith – polyculture of carps”.
Only Microsoft Word documents (.doc, .docx) and zip files (.zip) are permitted for upload (if your abstract includes graphs or photos please upload them together as a zip file).
The maximum file size for uploads is 1 MB.
Multiple abstracts may be submitted, but please upload them one at a time.
The Program Committee will assess the abstracts on the basis of technical merit and relevance to the AsianAqua-2018 theme and topics. Abstracts may be accepted for either oral or poster presentation. The decision of the Program Committee is final and non-negotiable.
